Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Petek Games’ mobile games (currently Arrow Hive (formerly Petek Tray), Screw Hive (formerly Petek Vida) and Bus Hive) process while you play, why, and what rights you have. In short: there are no accounts, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number. We collect in-game usage data to improve the game and show ads to keep it free.

Data processed while you play

Stored only on your device

Your progress (current level, best times), sound setting and the difficulty the game has adapted to you are kept only on your phone. Deleting the game deletes them.

Game statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

• What: a random app-instance ID (not linked to your identity), device model, OS version, language, approximate country/city (from your IP address), session durations and game events: starting, finishing or losing a level, durations, use of “undo”, progress through the how-to-play screens.
• Why: to see whether levels are too easy or too hard, fix the game, and tune the system that adapts difficulty to each player.
• Identity: this data is not linked to your name or contact details and is not used to identify you or combined with other companies’ data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

• What: advertising identifier (on iOS only with your permission; Android advertising ID), IP address, device information and your interactions with ads (impressions, clicks).
• Why: to show the ads that keep the game free, cap how often you see the same ad, measure ad revenue and prevent fraudulent clicks.
• Personalization: on iPhone the app asks for tracking permission on first launch. You can play without it; ads are then not personalized. Players in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see Google’s consent form.

Ad measurement (Meta, Arrow Hive only)

• What: app install and app open events, device information (model, OS, language), IP address and advertising identifier (on iOS only with your tracking permission). On iPhone we also use Apple’s identifier-free SKAdNetwork measurement.
• Why: we promote the game with ads on Facebook and Instagram, and this tells us which ads lead to installs so we spend our ad budget well. Your in-game progress, name or contact details are never sent to Meta.
• Choice: if you don’t allow tracking on iPhone, no advertising identifier is shared. On Android you can delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.

Legal basis

We process game statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the game, and personalized advertising and tracking on the basis of your consent (iOS tracking permission, Google consent form) — Turkish KVKK Art. 5 and, for EU users, GDPR Art. 6.

International transfers

Firebase and AdMob are services of Google LLC and its affiliates; ad measurement is a service of Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates. Data is processed on servers outside Türkiye (mainly in the US and EU), under the agreements with these providers and your consent.

Retention

Game statistics are kept in Firebase for at most 14 months and then deleted. Advertising and ad measurement data retention follows Google’s and Meta’s policies. On-device data stays until you delete the game.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child’s data has been processed, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights and choices

• Under KVKK Art. 11 (and GDPR if you are in the EU) you can ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object. Write to hello@petekgames.com; we reply within 30 days.
• iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking lets you turn permission off at any time.
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads lets you reset or delete your advertising ID.
• Deleting the game deletes all game data on your device.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version here and update the date. For important changes we will also let you know inside the game.
